Deprescribing online workshop
In this programme, we will explore how all pharmacy
professionals can contribute towards safe and
appropriate deprescribing of medicines. You will
learn how to recognise a person-centred approach
that considers the patient’s perspective and
experiences and apply a stepwise approach to the
process of deprescribing from identification through
to reducing or stopping a medicine.
