Primary Care Networks (PCNs)
There are currently 18 PCN’S in Dorset.
Community Pharmacy Dorset and NHS Dorset are working collaboratively to help improve communication between community pharmacies, GP surgeries and other healthcare professionals working within the same Primary Care Network (PCN).
Part of this project is the introduction of online quarterly meetings for each PCN, dates of which are listed below.
