COVID-19 Staff Wellbeing Offer

The health and care system in Dorset has been working together to ensure they have an appropriate and coordinated wellbeing offer to support colleagues as they face unprecedented challenges during the COVID-19 response.

To complement the bespoke wellbeing offers that are available to staff in each organisation, the system has worked hard to create a consistent offer for all and to identify where additional support may be needed as a result of the new challenges presented by COVID-19.

The offer includes support for individuals as well as teams. Community pharmacy teams are encouraged to utilise the services available and to put steps in place that protect their wellbeing. This preventative approach will remain central to staff wellbeing in Dorset to support our workforces not just during the pandemic but in the future.

The attachments have the details and there are links about how to access various areas of support.
