To aid pharmacies with writing their action plans, Dorset LPC will be compiling and sharing a list of pharmacies across the county that will be stocking the 16 palliative care medicines as part of this PQS domain. Please could any pharmacy that will be stocking these 16 medicines let us know, so that we can share that information locally with other pharmacies.
Initially, we can confirm that all Boots pharmacies in Dorset will be stocking the 16 palliative care medicines.
