Polypharmacy workshop – Wimborne 5th May

5th May 2016 7.30pm to 9.00pm. A buffet and tea/coffee will be available from 6.45pm

This event will help pharmacy teams to develop the confidence, competence and communication skills to work in partnership with patients and other healthcare professionals to enable patients to get the most from their many/multiple medicines and minimising medication related problems.
