Health Education England Foundation Training Year E-Portfolio Orientation Workshops, Signing up for the E-portfolio and IETP Updates
HEE Pharmacy Team members are hosting E-Portfolio Orientation Workshops for trainee pharmacists, designated supervisors and educational/training leads. The sessions will provide an overview of the Foundation Training Year e-portfolio functionality and a Q&A section.

Accessing the Trainee Pharmacists Foundation Year e-portfolio
To access the e-portfolio as a trainee or designated supervisor please complete the following surveys:
Data will be matched to information received from the GPhC. All details must match to the records held by the GPhC. A mismatch can cause a delay in receiving access to the e-portfolio. It will take up to 4 weeks to process the information submitted and set up access to the e-portfolio.
