An Understanding of LiveWell Dorset from a Referrer’s Perspective

LiveWell Dorset launched in April 2015 and aims to support clients to make behavioural changes to improve health and wellbeing, provide access to a range of helpful free resources and services, and offer information and guidance providing health and wellbeing information, advice, support and referrals.

The event, titled ‘An Understanding of LiveWell Dorset from a Referrer’s Perspective’, will run at two locations.

The first will take place on Tuesday 16th June between 6.30pm and 9.30pm with a buffet from 6pm at Merley House in Poole. The second will take place on Thursday 18th June between 9.30am and 12.30pm followed by lunch at Kingston Maurward, near Dorchester.
