As part of our ongoing work on the mental health response to COVID-19, the bereavement support HERE and practical support HERE infographics are now finalised and ready to share.

- trauma helpline for Filipino health and care staff
- Free, confidential and run by specialist counsellors and support workers fluent in Tagalog
- For problems associated with bereavement and any other mental health concerns that have emerged during the crisis
- The new Filipino support service is available by phone seven days a week between 7am and 11pm on 0300 303 1115 or 24 hours via text by texting Frontline to 85258.

- Bereavement and Trauma Line for Adult Social Care Workers (including Care homes)
- Available in England, provided by Hospice UK
- Specialist counsellors and support workers are available to support staff:
- Who have experienced a bereavement;
- Whose wellbeing has been affected by witnessing traumatic deaths as part of their work;
- To discuss any other anxiety or emotional issues you are experiencing as a result of the Coronavirus epidemic.

- Health and Wellbeing support for NHS staff
- free wellbeing support helpline 0300 131 7000, operated by the Samaritans and available from 7.00am – 11.00pm seven days a week, providing confidential listening from trained professionals and specialist advice – including coaching, bereavement care, mental health and financial help. NHS staff can call for support, signposting and confidential listening
- A 24/7 text alternative to the above helpline – NHS staff can simply text FRONTLINE to 85258
- NHS bereavement helpline
- Call the NHS bereavement helpline on 0800 2600 400 for guidance and support if someone you know has died.
- It’s open every day from 8am to 8pm.
- The nurses on the helpline can give you advice, guidance and practical support during this difficult time
